The commercial vegetable processing machine, cabbage shredder S40 is a productive, compact size commercial food processing machine that is intended for cabbage shredding, slicing, grating as well as beets, carrots grating, julienne cutting. High productivity 500-1500 kg/h, high-quality materials as food-grade stainless steel AISI 304. Made for small and middle-size producing companies.

Productivity 500-1500 kg/h;
High quality, long-lasting stainless steel cutting knives (up to 100 tons
between sharpening);
Disc diameter of 40 cm, grants, that you can cut small cabbage heads that are sliced in half. (Full cabbage heads can cut model S55, S65)
Universal cutting machine, very good for slicing, grating, mashing,
julienne stick cutting;
Compact size, can be equipped with wheels and easily transported;
Easy to clean, can be washed with low-pressure water;
All food contact elements are made of stainless steel;
Powder-painted frame, three-layer lacquer in the standard version, or full stainless steel version(in pictures);
Machine motors can be adjusted as required up to 2200 W.

The machine mainly is used for cabbage slicing - sauerkraut, kimchi, grating carrots and depending on customer needs is customizable. The machine can be fully made of stainless steel. Motor power can be increased to 1100 W / 1500 W or 2200 W.

Conical hopper

Pouring in vegetables in large amounts. In order to throw in a large number of vegetables in the machine, the conical hopper is needed.
Then you can throw them in just from box.

Hopper with pusher

Is intended for Korean carrot salads, Julien. When additional pushing force is required.

Hopper with safety lid

Increased working safety is possible by adding a cover with a safety switch. It is perfect for everyone cautious about the safety of the equipment, As an opening of the cover immediately stops the blades, thus reducing any risk for the worker, especially if the worker has limited experience with various industrial machines. However, due to the fact that the machine is stopping all the time and it is necessary to restart the engine, the productivity of the machine is lower.

Hopper with tubes

Cutting in a vertical position requires the use of an additional adapter hopper. It consists of a guide tube and pipe diameters. There is a possibility to have different-sized pipes for various types of vegetables. Mainly is used for cutting carrots, cucumbers, lettuce, and other vegetables into slices.
