Questions

Do I have to cut the heads in half?

Yes. With a 40 cm disc, heads are halved and cored. For whole large heads, choose the S65.

Which discs come with the machine?

You choose. Tell us your products and cuts, and we put the right discs in the offer. More discs can be added later.

Will it work in the USA and Canada?

Yes. The S40 is built for 400, 220 or 120 V, 50–60 Hz.

Is it CE certified?

Yes. All parts in contact with food are stainless steel.

Can you test my product?
